The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of Maability.
Moability: Primary designer/site owner & employees or affiliates.
Order: A contract written or verbal between the client and Moability, includes telephone and email agreements.
The website, graphics and programming code will be the property of Moability until mutually agreed by the client and Moability and all outstanding dues are cleared in full.
Any work done by Moability for client’s website including the scripts, coding or software, unless mutually agreed, will be under the copyright of Moability and may not be commercially reproduced or resold without the knowledge and permission of Moability.
Moability will not take any responsibility for copyright infringements caused by materials and content submitted by the client.
Moability will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
An advance deposit is required with any project and before any design work will be carried out. The same will be non refundable and Moability will not be liable for non execution of project for certain reasons not in control of Moability.
